Menu:

First Course: Arancini with arugula salad, tomato coulis and a pest aioli

Second Course: Seared halibut filled with a summer vegetable couscous salad, pickled fennel slaw and basil oil.

Third Course: Chef Hoopman is currently working with his pastry chef to finalize the meal finale.
